The latest news from Libya is that Gadafi is using cluster bombs against Misrata. Please pray for the people and that God protect and bless them and keep them safe 

Here are some photos from the protest opposite the Libyan Embassy in London last Tuesday (April 12th 2011). Please come and support thwe people who have been there ever day since February 17th 2011 (and who have been campaigning for democracy and freedom in Libya for many years before that). You don't have to be a Libyan, an Arab, or a Muslim to come and join us there - I have been made very welcome and the people there will welcome anyone who turns up in support (ps also fruit juice / cookies / signs & banners etc). 

When: 2pm - 6pm every day that Gadafi remains in power

Where: Hyde Park Corner tube.

Why: Because we are all human.

Every Saturday there is a protest outside the Yemen embassy in London which is located at 57 Cromwell Rd, SW7 2ED, opposite the Natural History Museum in South Kensington, a short way down the main road, to the left (west) as you face the main entrance.

Please come to the next protest (Saturday 2nd April 2011) or use whatever channels you can (eg. contacting the Yemeni government, your own elected representatives, other groups and networks you belong to and spreading the word to your friends, family and colleagues) to demand freedom, justice, democracy and respect for the people of Yemen.

Update- 
I am sorry if I have misled anyone by posting the above. As far as I can tell there was no protest outside the embassy / Natural History Museum on Sat 2nd, but this youtube video appears to be shot opposite Downing Street, yesterday: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DvMchBly4ow
